In a word, ‘fantastic’. I suspect I’m in a similar position to many people insofar as I have no experience whatsoever in anything related to building, plumbing, electrical work etc so I’m always a little apprehensive when making a decision to get a job like this done but it was clear from our first meeting (even to my untutored eye) that we’d chosen a decent, honest and capable firm to handle the work.
Graham, owner and project manager came for an initial assessment, listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions and then went away to prepare our quote and a week or two later they were on the job and it looks amazing. In fact, after about 2 days we engaged Supply Services to do several other jobs too!
The team are all professional and very friendly (even when answering myriad questions from our 10 and 11 year olds!)
Bathroom Refurbishment
Graham was brilliant rang me straight away when I’d shown my interest in aqua board. He supplied what I needed straight away along with doing another small job I wanted doing. He kept in contact with me and was fitting in with in a couple of days. Highly recommend!
Fencing Installation and Gate Repair
Graham was extremely helpful with our broken gate. On arrival to replace the gate, Graham advised that he could fix the current gate, at a much lower cost for which we were eternally grateful. He did an amazing job and we are absolutely delighted to have found someone who is reliable, professional and honest. We will definitely be using Graham going ahead and I cannot recommend his services enough. Thank you Graham, we both really appreciate your help.
